Stephen Morris

Stephen Morris is a highly experienced professional in the technology and engineering sectors, currently serving as Software Development Team Leader at Silvaco Inc since November 2018, where efforts are focused on establishing a new software development centre in Wrexham for advanced CAD tools. As the Director and Founder/CTO of Nightingale-EOS Limited since January 2006, Stephen leads the development of innovative optical technologies for medical devices and diagnostics. Previous roles include Business Development Manager at Exsel Electronics Ltd, Director of Marketing at Therma-Wave, and R&D Project Engineer at Pilkington Space Technology. Stephen's academic credentials include an MSc in Technology Management from Alliance Manchester Business School, a PhD in Physics from Cardiff University, and a BSc in Physics from The University of Manchester, alongside various secondments at Technische Universität Berlin.
