Rasmus Kjærgaard

Rasmus Kjærgaard has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Rasmus started their career as a Ledertraniee at Bilka, Salling Group in 1997 and worked there until 1999. Rasmus then became the Centerchef / General Manager at Backstreet Bowl, where they had overall P&L responsibility for two amusement centers and reported to the board. In 2005, they joined SILVAN as an Afdelingschef Aalborg and gradually progressed to roles such as Varehuschef Fredericia, Varehuschef Århus C, and Varehuschef Aalborg. From 2016 to 2021, they served as the Regionschef / Regional Manager at SILVAN, where they were responsible for the P&L of 9 stores and reported to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and CEO. Currently, Rasmus is the Chief Sales Officer at SILVAN, a role they started in May 2021.
