Dave Strobel is an accomplished manufacturing operations consultant and executive with extensive experience in the industrial manufacturing sector. As the Founder and CEO of Silver Eagle Consulting since 2016, Dave Strobel has focused on strategy development, operational excellence, and quality improvement initiatives for clients. Prior to this, Strobel held significant roles including Vice President of Operations at Haynes International, where oversight of operations and strategic initiatives occurred, and Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Carpenter Technology Corporation, contributing to the technical roadmap and integration of significant acquisitions. Strobel also has a robust background in managing operations across various capacities within Carpenter Technology.
