Penelope Grellet

Penelope Grellet is currently the Head of People Experience Delivery at Silver Fern Farms Ltd. Prior to this, Penelope held leadership roles in companies such as Northern Health, SEEK, Bupa, ME Bank, MYOB, and Fulton Hogan, where Penelope focused on organizational development, learning & development, and human resources. Penelope has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Education from Canterbury University and a Graduate Diploma in Commerce (Human Resource Management) from Lincoln University.
