Grahame Soley

Grahame Soley currently holds the position of Customer Experience Manager at Silver Gold Bull, a role commenced in August 2023. Prior to this, Grahame Soley dedicated over 18 years to Cogeco Connexion, ascending through various leadership roles including Director of Market Development, where responsible for municipal relations and securing significant funding for broadband expansion in rural Ontario. Successes during this tenure included obtaining over 60 letters of support and $750,000 in municipal funding commitments. Grahame Soley also served as Director of Sales Consumer Market and Senior Operations Manager, leading large teams in sales and retention, managing budgets, vendor performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction and employee engagement. Other roles included Senior Manager for Sales Effectiveness, Burlington Contact Centre, and Technical Supervisor.
