Alan Davies

Alan Davies is a Senior Counsel at Silver Lake since October 2021. Prior to that, Alan worked as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from October 2019 to March 2022, focusing on Corporate: M&A and private equity. Alan also served as an Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills from September 2015 to September 2019, specializing in Corporate: M&A, private equity, and venture capital. Alan completed their Postgraduate Law degree at BPP Law School in 2015, MSc (Hons.) in Accounting, Finance, and Management at the University of Bristol in 2013, and BA (Hons.) in History at the same university in 2012. Alan attended Altrincham Grammar School for Boys from 2002 to 2009.
