Matthew Gaines

Matthew Gaines has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Guest Services at Eldorado Resorts, Inc. since October 2018. In addition, Matthew holds the position of Guest Services Manager at Circus Circus Reno and has been with Silver Legacy Resort Casino in the same role since February 1997. Matthew is an alumnus of the University of Nevada, Reno.
