Elise Zimmerman

Elise Zimmerman is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR roles across leading organizations. Currently, Elise serves in Human Resources and Recruitment at Silver Point Capital, L.P. since February 2022. Prior to this, Elise was a Senior Vice President and HR Business Partner at Macquarie Group, where responsibilities included talent management, compensation, employee relations, and leading HR efforts during an acquisition. Elise also held the position of Director, HR Business Partner at WeWork, providing strategic support to various teams. At Blackstone, Elise advanced through several roles including Vice President, where strategic HR initiatives were developed for the Global Real Estate team. Elise's career began at Blackstone with roles in recruiting and HR generalist functions. Elise holds a degree from Lehigh University and participated in a study abroad program at Syracuse University.
