Amy Streeter has extensive work experience in property management. Amy started their career as a Leasing Consultant in 2004 and later became an Assistant Manager, where they filled in as the property manager during maternity leave. In 2008, they became a Property Manager and managed a 168-unit property, with over 50% of the residents being students. Amy continued in this role until 2016 when they joined Silver Tree Residential, LLC as a Community Director. In 2019, they also became a member of the Board of Directors for both the Tennessee Apartment Association and the Chattanooga Apartment Association.

Amy Streeter earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Relations from Lee University, where they attended from 1999 to 2003.
