Gwendolyn Jaramillo

Gwendolyn Jaramillo is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at SILVER VENTURES, INC. since August 2021. Prior to this role, Gwendolyn spent nearly two decades at Foley Hoag LLP, where responsibilities included Partner and leadership positions such as Chair and Co-Chair of the Trade Sanctions & Export Controls Practice Group, as well as Deputy Chair of the International Business Practice Group. Gwendolyn Jaramillo earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Chicago Law School between 1998 and 2001 and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Peace Studies from Swarthmore College, completed from 1993 to 1996. Gwendolyn's foundational education includes attendance at St. Mark's School in Southborough, MA.
