Allan Mowbray

Allan Mowbray has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several decades. Allan currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Silvera for Seniors since February 2021. Prior to this, Allan held the same role at Cequence Energy Limited from March 2019 to September 2020.

From April 2013 to March 2019, Allan worked at Essential Energy Services Ltd. as the VP Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Allan also held the position of Director Finance Enterprise at SMART Technologies from December 2012 to March 2013.

Earlier in their career, Allan had various roles at SMART Technologies Inc., including Director Business Transformation from July 2012 to December 2012 and Corporate Controller from April 2008 to June 2012. Allan served as the Corporate Controller at Canetic Resources Inc. from July 2007 to February 2008.

Allan's work experience also includes a role as Controller at Builders Energy Services from June 2005 to June 2007. Allan started their career at Agrium, where they held positions such as Assistant Controller from 2003 to 2005, Manager Financial Reporting, Planning and Forecasting from 1998 to 2003, and Senior Financial Analyst from 1996 to 1998.

Prior to Agrium, Allan worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Rogers Cablesystems from 1992 to 1996. Allan began their career at Price Waterhouse Coopers as a Senior from 1989 to 1992. Overall, Allan Mowbray has a wealth of experience in financial management and has held leadership positions in various organizations throughout their career.

Allan Mowbray started their education journey in 1985 at Grande Prairie Regional College, where they studied Accounting and Finance. Allan attended this college for two years, until 1987. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of Alberta from 1987 to 1989.
