Jason Healey

Jason Healey is a prominent scholar and strategist in the field of cybersecurity, currently serving as Senior Research Scholar and director of cyber efforts at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs since May 2015. Healey has notably developed a leading global cyber curriculum, mentoring hundreds of students. In addition to roles at Columbia, Healey is a Senior Fellow at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute, a review board member for both Black Hat and DEF CON conferences, and a Strategic Council member at the Silverado Policy Accelerator. Previous positions include Senior Cybersecurity Strategist at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and Director of the Cyber Statecraft Initiative at the Atlantic Council. With a solid academic foundation, including degrees from the United States Air Force Academy, James Madison University, and The Johns Hopkins University, Jason Healey continues to influence cyber policy and strategy on both national and international levels.
