Kristina Hulsey

Kristina Hulsey serves as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Silverado since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kristina held the position of Associate General Counsel at Ensign Services from July 2013 to May 2023, where responsibilities included providing legal advice on U.S. labor and employment laws and managing pre-litigation matters. Kristina's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at Daily Aljian LLP, Corporate Counsel at Toshiba America Business Solutions, and a Contract Attorney at International Home Exports. Kristina began their career as an Associate at Adorno Yoss Alvarado & Smith. Kristina holds a Juris Doctor degree from Chapman University Fowler School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-law from UC Santa Barbara.
