Mike Johnson

Mike Johnson is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support, systems engineering, and network administration. Currently serving as an IT Systems Engineer at Silverado since July 2022, Mike has previously held roles such as Lead IT System Specialist at Silverado Senior Living Irvine and PC Consultant in a self-employed capacity since September 2014. Mike's expertise includes PC and laptop repair, network installation, data backup and restoration, and software training. With earlier positions at NAI Consulting Engineers, Epicor Software, Western Micro, and SimplexGrinnell, Mike has developed a comprehensive skill set in systems integration, troubleshooting, and technical support, complemented by education in Computer Electronics and Computer Science from ITT Technical Institute and Irvine Valley College.
