Zoila Castellanos

Zoila Castellanos has over 15 years of experience in the senior living and healthcare industry. Currently serving as a Senior Community Ambassador at Silverado since December 2015, Zoila's role encompasses initiating sales, conducting assessments, and finalizing contracts and admission agreements, as well as marketing and prospecting. Prior positions include Sales Manager at Brookdale Senior Living and LVN Community Relation Director at Meridian Senior Living, where responsibilities involved facility tours and resident evaluations. Zoila's career began at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center, where responsibilities as LVN Team Leader included staff scheduling, training, quality assurance, and managing resident health needs. Zoila holds a licensed vocational nurse degree from Bunker Hill Community College.
