Santos Herrera has extensive experience in data center operations, currently serving as the Bay Area Regional Operations Manager at Silverback Data Center Solutions, Inc. since February 2017. In this role, Santos provides leadership to technical resource teams, coordinates with customer contacts at various levels, and delivers technical support to clients. Prior experience includes positions as a Data Center Technician and Remote Hands Technician at Digital Realty | Telx from April 2012 to January 2017, and as a Data Center Technician at 365 Main Inc. from September 2007 to April 2012.
