Feargal Judge

Feargal Judge has a diverse work experience in various roles related to regulatory affairs, quality management, and manufacturing strategy. Feargal is currently working as a Senior Regulatory Affairs and Quality Manager at American Well Corporation since February 2023. Prior to this, Feargal served as the Head of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Systems at SilverCloud Health starting from May 2022.

Before joining American Well Corporation and SilverCloud Health, Feargal founded their own company called Feargal Judge Management Systems Ltd. in 2010 where they held the position of Managing Director.

Feargal has also worked at LetsGetChecked, where they held multiple roles. Feargal served as the Vice President Manufacturing Strategy and Projects from August 2021 to May 2022, Vice President of Quality from May 2020 to May 2022, and Senior Quality Systems Manager from April 2019 to May 2020.

Prior to LetsGetChecked, Feargal worked at Becton Dickinson as a Compliance Officer from August 2016 to May 2019. Feargal also worked at PCH International, where they held the position of Head of Global Quality Systems and Regulatory Compliance, responsible for managing 150 factories for various products and ensuring compliance with FDA, EU MDD, and JPAL regulations. Feargal also served as the Director of Quality, overseeing quality systems across a range of consumer goods and medical devices, as well as working as a Project Consultant.

Feargal gained experience in the medical device industry while working at Abbott Vascular and Allergan. At Abbott Vascular, they served as an ME Group Leader from 2010 to 2011, and at Allergan, they worked as the Director of Special Projects from 2002 to 2009.

Their early career includes roles at Teleflex Medical as a Plant Manager from March 2009 to December 2009, and at Inamed Corp as the Director of Manufacturing from 1997 to 2002.

Feargal Judge completed their undergraduate studies from 1978 to 1981 at St Patrick's Pontifical University, Maynooth. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on physics, chemistry, and mathematics. Returning to education later, from 1992 to 1994, Feargal pursued postgraduate studies at The Open University, earning an M.B.A. with a specialization in Business.
