Isabella Romero, MS has a diverse work experience in the field of psychology and mental health. Isabella is currently working as a Psychology Doctoral Intern at Kaiser Permanente Walnut Creek Medical Center. Previously, they worked as a Health and Wellness Coach at SilverCloud Health, where they supported client engagement on a virtual care platform. Isabella also assisted in translating mental health programs for Spanish-speaking clients.

Isabella has experience as a Clinical Research Assistant and Graduate Therapist at the Early Intervention Clinic. Additionally, they worked as a Psychology Extern at Kaiser Permanente San Rafael Medical Center and as a Practicum Therapist at the University of California, San Francisco. In these roles, they provided therapy, case management, and performed psychological assessments.

Isabella began their educational journey by completing an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Psychology at Cabrillo Community College from 2011 to 2014. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology with a minor in Statistics at California State University, Monterey Bay, which they completed from 2014 to 2016.

Isabella then continued their education at Palo Alto University, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Clinical Psychology from 2017 to 2020. During this time, they also acquired additional certifications, including Foundations of Digital Mental Health from CONCEPT Continuing & Professional Studies Division, Palo Alto University, which they obtained in September 2021, and Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) from Correctional Counseling, Inc. CCIMRT, which they obtained in October 2019.

Currently, Isabella is in the process of earning a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Clinical Psychology from Palo Alto University, which they began in 2017 and is anticipated to complete in 2023.
