Kurt Doornaert

Kurt Doornaert has a strong work background in sales, business development, and management roles in the technology industry. Kurt started their career at Barco in 1997 as an Application Engineer and progressed to roles such as Sales Manager, Sales & Business Development - Product Manager, and Market & Business Global Sales Director. Most recently, they served as the Business Unit Director, overseeing the management of an international team and handling VR visualization solutions in various industries. In 2021, they joined Silverdraft as the General Manager - Vice President Silverdraft Europe. Throughout their career, Kurt has demonstrated expertise in strategic marketing, sales planning, business growth initiatives, and team leadership within matrix structured organizations.

Kurt Doornaert holds a Master's degree in Organizational Performance Management from the University of Antwerp (2016), and a Master's degree in Electronics from Katholieke Hogeschool Brugge-Oostende (1993-1997). Kurt also completed a Pragmatic marketing module in Foundations, Focus, Launch, and Market from Pragmatic Institute (2019-2020).
