Vishal Desai

Vishal Desai has worked as the Chief Technology Officer at SilverEdge Government Solutions since 2021, where they drive innovation, integrates acquisitions, automates business and IT processes, expands intellectual property, leads research and development, enhances IT performance and security, oversees product portfolios and services, introduces new and impactful products and services, and advises the board of directors. Vishal also previously worked as the President of the Workflow Automation Business Unit at SilverEdge and as the Founder and President of Savli Group, LLC, where they specialized in the design, build, and deployment of enterprise-scale Workflow Automation solutions. Vishal began their career as an Electrical Engineer at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center, where they led the Enterprise Management effort responsible for designing and implementing NASA's Management Systems.

Vishal Desai obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1989. Vishal then pursued a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, which they completed in 1994. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a certification for ServiceNow from ServiceNow in January 2018 and ITIL v3 from EXIN in March 2013.
