Avital Bailen

Avital Bailen currently serves as the Product Writing Manager at Silverfort since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Bringg, starting as a UX & Technical Writer where Avital developed user-centered content and managed the Enterprise Education Program as Customer Education Manager. Additional responsibilities involved designing dashboards for course analytics and overseeing technical documentation as Technical Knowledge Manager. Academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and experience as a Student Research Assistant at both the Weizmann Institute of Science and the Arbely lab for synthetic biochemistry. Earlier professional experience includes a position as Customer Solutions Expert at Wix.com, focusing on user support and content design. Avital Bailen has also contributed to the iGEM team, enhancing engagement with industry stakeholders and coordinating fundraising events.
