Gino Caprile

Gino Caprile is an experienced professional in Salesforce solutions and IT project management, currently serving as the Salesforce Nearshore Practice Director at Silverline Central America since August 2016. Gino has a strong background in managing Salesforce projects, having previously held roles as a Salesforce Solution Architect at Cloud Pacific, LLC, and Seven Results, where Gino focused on delivering projects on time and within budget for SMBs and Non-Profits. Gino’s earlier experience includes managing IT outsourcing services at TELUS International and leading Salesforce projects at Adapta Technologies and ForceBrain. Gino holds a degree in Computer Engineering and multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Software Architecture and an MBA in International Business, alongside specialized training in project management and business finance.
