Joe Ciancaglini

Joe Ciancaglini has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Joe is currently the Director, Services Lead - Healthcare Delivery at Silverline, a Salesforce Platinum Cloud Alliance Partner. Joe joined Silverline in May 2018 and is responsible for developing solutions on the Salesforce Platform for industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, and Force.

In addition to their current position, Joe has held significant roles in other organizations. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at 7Summits as a Senior Project Manager, where they built and matured scalable project delivery processes in an Agile environment.

Prior to that, Joe worked at Eaton as the Program Manager for the Cognos Migration Program. Joe managed a $3 million Business Intelligence Transformation initiative, transitioning legacy tools to front-end reporting tools integrated with a new "Big Data" analytics environment.

Joe also has experience at Genesis10 as the Principal of Solution Services and Regional Principal of Business Consulting. Joe was the Vice President of the Midwest Region at enVision Business Consulting and had a role as a Change Management Consultant at CUNA Mutual Group.

Before these positions, Joe worked at Motorola as a Program Manager for Partner Relationship Management and at Slalom as a Managing Director, Client Service Partner, and Senior Program/Project Manager.

Throughout their career, Joe has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and business development skills.

Joe Ciancaglini earned a Bachelor of Science in Music and Business from Indiana University Bloomington in 1987. Joe then pursued a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Instructional Systems Technology at the same university from 1992 to 1995. Prior to their university studies, Joe attended East-Syracuse Minoa High School from 1979 to 1983. Additionally, Joe has obtained several certifications, including Salesforce Certified AI Associate and Certified ScrumMaster, among others.
