Shashank Srivastava began their career in 2004 as an Executive Sales at Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd., where they worked as a key member of the Dealer Development Team. SHASHANK was initially responsible for new Dealer Appointment in India and responsible for sales in North India for recently launched bikes. In 2006, Shashank moved to Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., where they worked as a Senior Executive Sales in the Storage Solution Group. SHASHANK's role involved sales of products through project selling of storage solutions, such as racking, shelving, shop floor solutions, shuttle system, and automated storage systems. SHASHANK also had to demonstrate technical understanding of the project to provide the most optimal solution in terms of space utilization, throughput, accessibility, and cost. In 2008, Shashank joined Schaefer Systems International Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant Manager- Sales & Projects, representing the world's largest and most reputed manufacturer of storage and dynamic warehousing systems. In 2013, they became the National Sales Manager, then Sr. Manager Sales, and finally Manager Sales at SILVER LINING Storage Solutions, the storage brand of the 1.35 Billion USD Amara Raja Group. In this role, they echoed the values of the Group and emulated its continuous pursuit of innovative engineering, path-breaking research, and design.

SHASHANK SRIVASTAVA obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule (MJP) Rohilkhand University between 2000 and 2004. SHASHANK then completed a Diploma In CAD from ECIT-ECIL in 2004-2005. In 2014-2016, SHASHANK SRIVASTAVA obtained a POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN MANAGEMENT in Supply Chain Management from Prin. L.N. Wellingkar Institute Of Mgt. Develop. In October 2022, they obtained a Project Management Foundations certification from LinkedIn.
