Gilson Guzman has held various roles in customer service and sales support throughout their work experience. Gilson started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Alorica in 2012, followed by positions at Teleperformance and Grupo Noa International. In 2015, they worked as a Customer Agent at LanguageLine Solutions and as a Business Development Representative at Salestools.io. In 2016, they became an Independent Business Owner at Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. and also worked as Sales Support at Software Founders. In 2019, they joined Silverminds LLC as CEO and later became the Chief Executive Officer. Most recently, in 2021, they started working as a Spanish Interpreter at CyraCom Language Solutions.
