Jonathan Hays

Jonathan Hays has a strong background in software engineering and leadership roles. Jonathan founded Silverpine Software in 2012 and serves as the CEO, leading the company in creating innovative software solutions for businesses. Prior to that, they worked at UTC Climate, Controls & Security as the Director of Engineering for Video Software and Integrations. In this role, they were responsible for the entire product life-cycle and leadership of geographically disperse teams. Jonathan also worked at General Electric as the Director of Engineering for Video Software and Integrations, where they were in charge of team and process development for distributed teams in multiple locations. Additionally, they held the position of Director of Engineering for Key Control and Lockbox Solutions at General Electric, where they managed large, multi-disciplinary engineering teams. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Software Engineering Manager at Mudpuppy Studios and as a Software Engineer at Imagebuilder Software Inc.

Jonathan Hays obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from George Fox University, where they attended from 1992 to 1996. Jonathan later pursued further education at the same university and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the Executive Track from 2006 to 2008.
