Rahul Gupta

Rahul Gupta has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources, spanning over 13 years. Rahul is currently serving as Vice President - Human Resources & Enabling Functions at Silverskills Private Limited since September 2019. Prior to this, they worked at EY as an HR Leader and Location Head for Gurgaon from June 2016 to April 2019. Before that, Rahul held the position of Senior Manager in Human Resources at Ocwen Financial Corporation from June 2015 to June 2016 and at Metlife GOSC from December 2011 to May 2015. Rahul also served as a Manager in Human Resources at Bank of America from March 2008 to December 2011 and as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources at Sitel from January 2006 to March 2008.

Rahul Gupta has a diverse education history. Rahul completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation & Control from JSS ACADEMY OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION, NOIDA in 2003. In 2006, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. Rahul also attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2012 for a program called Driving Leadership Excellence, focused on Organizational Leadership. Additionally, they obtained a Sr. Secondary degree in Physics, Chemistry & Maths from Air Force Bal Bharati School in 1998. Rahul Gupta further acquired the designation of Certified Rewards Professional from Aon Hewitt in October 2013.
