Jon Wheeler

Jon Wheeler is an experienced professional in the marine and renewable energy sectors, currently serving as Director of Customer Success and Programme Director for the Cruise & Ferry Segment at Silverstream Technologies since August 2019, where Jon has contributed to sustainable shipping initiatives, notably the Silverstream® System, which enhances fuel efficiency and reduces emissions. Prior to this role, Jon held various leadership positions at GE Power Conversion, where responsibilities included directing numerous marine and renewable energy projects. Jon's career also includes roles such as Global Fleet Leader at GO Science Ltd, Operations and Programmes Director at L-3 Communications, and Project Director at Converteam Ltd. Jon began the professional journey at GEC as a Commercial Engineer after completing a BEng Hons in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Swansea University and A Levels at Worcester Technical College.
