Joel Palix

Joël Palix is the Founder of Palix Unlimited, a boutique consultancy established in June 2019 that advises various entities in the beauty, cosmetics, wellness, fashion, and luxury sectors. Currently, Joël serves as Chairman of Spotlight Oral Care and holds several directorial positions, including non-executive director at Silverwood Brands PLC and administrator at Les Secrets de Loly. Joël is also a board member at EsCoBe and has been involved with multiple advisory boards, including True Beauty Ventures and Ignite Venture Studio. Joël holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree from ESCP Business School.
