Mélanie Pimentel

Mélanie Pimentel has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Mélanie has worked as a Human Resources Consultant for Pernod Ricard, Silvr, and SEED- People and HR Consulting & Part Time in 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief People Officer at BRANDED from October 2020 to November 2022.

From 2016 to 2020, Mélanie worked at Vestiaire Collective as the Chief People Officer. In this role, they were responsible for creating the HR department from scratch and implementing processes and tools within the organization. Mélanie also managed several projects, including opening a logistic hub in France and the Hong Kong office, launching the first Vestiaire Collective Academy, and implementing HR tools like ATS (Greenhouse), HRIS (Eurecia), Performance & OKR (Betterworks).

Before their time at Vestiaire Collective, Mélanie was the HR Manager at LE BHV MARAIS from 2015 to 2016. Mélanie supervised payroll and administration, training, disciplinary procedures, and policy reinforcement for 500 employees. Mélanie also managed cross-departmental projects and played a key role in implementing a mobile payment process for cashiers and negotiating the opening of the BHV Marais/Rivoli store on Sundays.

From 2013 to 2015, Mélanie worked as an HR Manager at Galeries Lafayette, where they created and managed the HR department for newly opened and existing warehouses. Mélanie established labor unions, organized elections, and negotiated key social agreements. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Project Manager at Galeries Lafayette and started their career as an HR Assistant at FASTBOOKING.

Mélanie's work experience also includes a role as a Legal Assistant at Selfridges in 2008.

Mélanie Pimentel completed a Master 2 (M2) degree in Labor law and Human Resources from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines in the years 2009 to 2010. Currently, there is no information available about any other education they have pursued, except for a future plan to study Coaching at INTERNATIONAL MOZAIK starting in 2023.
