Anders Per Kirkeby

Anders Per Kirkeby is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at SimCorp since January 2019, Anders has successfully transformed HR services through a global Workday implementation, overseeing a diverse HR Global Services team. Prior to SimCorp, Anders held various leadership roles at COWI from 2008 to 2018, including Vice President of Global HR and Communication Services, where the focus was on HRIS, global mobility, and talent engagement. Anders also has experience as a Regional HR Manager in the Middle East and Central and Eastern Europe, alongside earlier positions at Novo Nordisk A/S and DISPUK. Anders holds a cand.scient.soc degree in Sociology and Organisational Studies from Roskilde University, attained in 2006.
