Bettina Bach Jensen

Bettina Bach Jensen is an experienced leader in human resources, currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at SimCorp since August 2016. In this role, Bettina leads a team of Senior People Business Partners across APAC, EMEA, and NA, contributing to the Senior Leadership Team in Client Services. Prior to this position, Bettina held various roles within SimCorp, including Global People Business Partner and Senior HR Business Partner, focusing on strategic HR initiatives and support for global functions. Bettina's earlier career includes multiple financial advisory roles at Jyske Bank and an internship in HR at Microsoft. Bettina holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School, along with several diplomas in business administration and consultancy.
