Olena Rubanets

Olena Rubanets is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the P&C Country Lead at SimCorp since October 2021. Previously, Olena held the position of HR Director at Watsons Ukraine from July 2017 to July 2021, where key achievements included the development of an award-winning Employer Brand concept, redesigning HR processes, and implementing a comprehensive learning journey for employees. With a strong background in HR management, project management, and change management, Olena has worked in various roles across multiple organizations, such as Business Trainer and Coach, HR Project Manager, and Head of Change Management Division at JS INDEX-BANK.
