Amit kumar Mitra

Amit Kumar Mitra has worked in the technology industry for over 16 years. Amit kumar began their career in 2004 as a Technical Lead at CMC LTD. In 2015, they joined Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India as a Senior Manager, where they led the Level-5 Autonomous driving team and the Computer Vision team of Environment Perception. In 2020, they became the Senior Director at SiMa.ai, a machine learning company delivering the industry’s first software-centric purpose-built MLSoC platform.

Amit Kumar Mitra obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, VTUs Regional Office, Mysore between 1999 and 2003. Amit kumar also holds a TÜV SÜD Functional Safety ISO26262 Certified Level2 certification.
