Gillian Babb

Gillian Babb has over 17 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Gillian began their career in 2004 as an HR Assistant and HR Administrator at Warehouse Fashions. In 2009, they moved to Aurora Fashions Ltd (Warehouse, Oasis, Coast) as an Employee Relations Advisor. From 2011 to 2016, Babb worked at Molton Brown as an HR Manager, HCD, Maternity Cover Senior Manager, HCD, and HR Advisor. In 2016, they became the Head of HR at Hackett London, and in 2019, they moved to Tiffany & Co. as the HR Manager - UK & Ireland (in market Head of HR). In 2022, Babb joined ASOS.com as a PX Projects Consultant and, most recently, in 2023, they became the Head of People at Simba Sleep.

Gillian Babb has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Croydon College - Higher Education Centre, which they completed in 2009. Gillian also holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business with French from the University of Westminster, which they completed in 2004.
