Dawn Bertman has extensive work experience in various roles within the electronics and printing industries.

Dawn began their career with Kodak Polychrome Graphics in 1998, where they worked as a Customer Relations Specialist for two years. During this time, Dawn developed and implemented business strategies to support dealer growth teams and served as a key contact between sales, supply chain, credit, and service to the end user. Dawn also evaluated inventory discrepancies in the Los Angeles warehouse.

In 2000, Dawn joined Eastman Kodak as a Pricing and Program Administrator. In this role, they processed sales quotes received by the US and Canadian sales force to ensure accurate pricing, rebates, loaned equipment, and leasing programs. Additionally, Dawn served as the Employee Training Coordinator for the Customer Pricing and Program Administrative team, responsible for training new employees on various systems. Afterward, they were promoted to Regional Operations Manager in 2009. In this position, Dawn provided daily operational support to internal and external stakeholders throughout Canada and the Western United States. Dawn partnered with different departments such as sales, sales operations, customer service, credit, supply chain, and program pricing groups to drive operational excellence, build customer relationships, and grow and maintain market share. Dawn also coordinated efforts for cross-functional resources, dealers, and regional partners to add value to new business initiatives and generate additional revenues with new and existing accounts.

In 2012, Dawn joined Simcona Electronics as the Inside Sales Manager. This position allowed their to prospect for customers through cold calls, referrals, and networking. Dawn improved sales policies and practices and directly managed a team of 10 Customer Care Specialists. After fulfilling this role for two years, they were promoted to Director of Sales. In this leadership position, Dawn established a competitive sales force by offering aggressive compensation and performance sales incentive programs. Dawn also led the implementation of a new CRM system ahead of the scheduled launch date and revamped the pricing strategy, implemented effective promotional strategies, and trained a high-performance sales team. As a result, the company achieved aggressive year-over-year growth in gross profit.

Dawn's most recent role at Simcona Electronics is the Executive VP, which they assumed in October 2016.

Dawn Bertman attended St. John Fisher from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Journalism.
