Saravanan Raman

Saravanan Raman is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Presales Engineer at Westcon-Comstor since August 2024, Saravanan has previously held significant roles at Sime Darby Berhad for nearly two decades, including Senior Specialist Desktop Engineer and various positions in desktop support and IT operations. With a background in managing networks, troubleshooting hardware and software, and supporting data center operations, Saravanan has built a strong foundation in IT service management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from the University of Technology Malaysia and certifications in ITIL and safety management.
