Saurabh Srivastava

Saurabh Srivastava is a seasoned professional in the field of computational mechanics with extensive experience in software development and engineering. Currently serving as Development Lead for Finite Element Analysis (FEA) at Simerics, Inc. since August 2020, Saurabh previously held the position of Senior Development Engineer at CD-Adapco-Siemens PLM from August 2012 to July 2020, focusing on fluid-structure interaction (FSI) and simulation framework components using C++ and Java. A Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Twente from July 2009 to July 2012, Saurabh specialized in computational methods for multiphase flows. Prior work includes engineering roles at Caterpillar and TATA Engineering, with foundational education in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and advanced degrees in Computational Mechanics from the University at Buffalo, including a Ph.D. attained in 2007.
