Oli Sen Sarma

Oli Sen Sarma has a wealth of experience in Talent Acquisition, having held various roles since 2013. In 2013, they completed an internship in Talent Acquisition at Tata Consultancy Services. Oli then joined Hunt Partners as a Consultant in Talent Acquisition in 2014. In 2015, they moved to Tech Mahindra Business Services as a Senior Executive and Team Leader in Talent Acquisition. In 2016, they joined Times Internet as a Human Resource Business Partner for West & South. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Aditya Birla Group, HR Shared Services Centre, first as Employee Experience (Digital HR) COE and then as Learning & Development Lead, responsible for setting up the Training Infrastructure and leading all Technical Trainings, as well as managing Internal Hiring. Currently, they are Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Simfoni, where they provide Spend Analytics and Spend Automation products to leading global enterprises.

Oli Sen Sarma completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from S.I.E.S College Of Arts, Science & Commerce, Nerul in 2011, with a focus in Business/Commerce, General. Oli then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Chetana's R.K. Institute Of Research & Management in 2014, specializing in Human Resources.
