Bar Berger

Bar Berger has a diverse work experience. They started their career as an Intelligence Analyst in the IDF from October 2013 to October 2015. Following that, they worked as a Class lecturer for the Access for All program, where they created a learning and social space for adults from disadvantaged populations and developed and taught a course on Introduction to Business Management.

Bar then transitioned to research assistance at Bar-Ilan University from November 2018 to August 2019. They also held a role as an Office Services Assistant at Ben Gurion University Student Union during the same period.

In November 2019, Bar joined Elad Software Systems as a Technology Recruiter. In this role, they specialized in Microsoft SharePoint, MS Dynamics CRM, software development, cloud solutions, and SOA and BPM solutions.

In October 2020, Bar joined Similarweb as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Currently, Bar is working in this role, but no end date has been provided.

Recently, in August 2021, Bar also took up the position of Diagnostical Interviewer at Adam Milo. However, this role will end in July 2022.

Bar Berger obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology at The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, from 2020 to 2022.
