Dror Yaacobi

Dror Yaacobi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dror started their career at Medictop in 2010 as a Trainer & Instructional Designer. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at IBP - Internet Based Performance, first as a Recruiter and then as a Customer Engagement Manager. In 2017, they joined Similarweb as an Organizational Development Manager, and later progressed to the role of Director of Global HRBP and Organizational Development. Currently, Dror is serving as the VP of Global HR at Similarweb, where they collaborate with executive leadership to shape the company's talent strategy. Their responsibilities include designing efficient organizational structures, overseeing hiring objectives, and ensuring a suitable mix of expertise and succession planning for key positions.

Dror Yaacobi obtained a Master's degree in Sociology of organizations from Bar-Ilan University, completing the program from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the same university, graduating from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, Dror Yaacobi has obtained several certifications, including the Organization Workshop Certification from Power+Systems Training, Inc. in September 2021, the eValueSelling Fundamentals certification from ValueSelling Associates, Inc. in November 2020, and the SimilarMentor - Mentorship Certification from SimilarWeb in July 2020.
