Raz Ashrov

Raz Ashrov has a diverse work experience history. Raz is currently working at Similarweb, where they hold the position of Finance Team Lead since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Finance Business Partner at the same company starting from December 2020. Before joining Similarweb, Raz worked at Clal Insurance as a Financial Budget and Systems Analyst from December 2017 to November 2020. During their time there, they excelled at financial modeling, budget management systems development, and delivering data-driven insights to C-level management. Raz also optimized the G&A expense closing process, significantly reducing cost allocation time. Prior to that, Raz worked as a Budget Control Economist at the Israel Ministry of Defense from February 2016 to November 2017, and as a Budget Control Officer at the IDF from March 2012 to January 2016.

Raz Ashrov began their education journey in 2008 at Reichman University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Finance, General. Raz completed this degree in 2011. In the same year, Raz also participated in the Student Exchange Program at the University of California, Berkeley, focusing on Business/Managerial Economics. As part of their academic pursuits, they enrolled in a Student Exchange Program at Singapore Management University, specializing in Finance, in 2010. In 2019, Raz obtained the certification in "Cybersecurity Awareness: Phishing and Whaling" from LinkedIn.
