Olesya Derkach

Olesya Derkach has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Olesya currently holds the position of Senior Web Developer at Simio Software, starting in February 2023.

Prior to that, Olesya worked as a Software Engineer III at Omnicell from July 2021 to February 2023.

From January 2020 to July 2021, Olesya served as a Senior Software Developer at Perks WW Channel, which was later acquired by 360insights. In this role, they worked independently on new features, helped with onboarding new team members, and guided junior team members in troubleshooting and solution development.

Before that, Olesya was a Full Stack Developer at Perks Worldwide from June 2019 to January 2020. Olesya worked on the Channel Incentives platform, developing new features and maintaining the codebase, as well as creating and maintaining documentation for internal dev team operations.

Olesya's earlier experiences include a four-year tenure as a Software Engineer at Inuvo, Inc from June 2015 to June 2019, an internship at Acxiom from June 2014 to May 2015, and serving as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Central Arkansas from August 2013 to May 2014.

Olesya started their professional career as an AIESEC Intern at Università di Catania in November 2010.

Olesya Derkach has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Arkansas, which was obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems, General from the same university, from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, Olesya holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in International Economics from Donetsk National University, which they earned from 2009 to 2010.
