Jo Rodgers

Jo Rodgers has been working in the executive search and talent solutions industry for over 15 years. Jo started their career as an instructional personnel at the School District of Hillsborough County before moving into the recruiting industry. Jo spent 9 years as a home healthcare recruiter at Exact Recruiting Solutions before joining SimiTree in 2015. Jo currently serves as the director of executive search at SimiTree.

Jo Rodgers has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida.
