Alicia Wilkerson

Alicia Wilkerson has extensive work experience in various roles in the banking and financial industry. Alicia is currently working as an Internal Audit Manager at American AgCredit since April 2022. Prior to this, they held multiple positions at Simmons Bank, including Vice President Director of BSA Risk and Vice President Director Fraud Operations. Alicia was also a Senior Vice President Director of Fraud at Simmons Bank until April 2022. Before joining Simmons Bank, Alicia worked at Liberty Bank as a BSA/Fraud Officer, VP, where they developed and managed BSA Risk Assessment Procedures and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements. Alicia also served as a BSA/Security Officer at Metropolitan National Bank and gained experience in community support work as a Community Support Worker at Burrell Behavioral Health. Alicia began their career as a Police Officer at the Springfield Missouri Police Department, where they provided assistance to residents and documented events through detailed report writings.

Alicia Wilkerson attended Missouri State University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science and a separate Bachelor of Science degree in Crime and Society. In 2020, they obtained a certification as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
