Ann Madea

Ann Madea is currently the EVP, Chief Information Officer at Simmons Bank. Prior to this, they were with The Innovative Executives League. Before that, they were with Epiphany Solution Group - ESG. Ann also spent time with Vokl Corporation as an advisory from January 2021 to April 2021. Madea's previous work experience also includes HSBC, where they served as the Chief Information Officer from January 2003 to January 2020. During their time there, they were responsible for leading a team of 19, including 4 CIOs, 1200 US technology employees, and 1000+ contractors/offshore resources. Ann was also in charge of a $450M annual operating budget and $300M offshore technology resources.

Ann Madea holds a BS in Information and Decision Sciences - CS from the University of Illinois Chicago. Ann has certification from MIT Professional Education in Digital Transformation: From AI and IoT to Cloud, Blockchain and Cybersecurity.

Ann Madea reports to George A. Makris, Jr., Chairman & CEO. They work with Bob Fehlman - President and Chief Operating Officer, Chad Rawls - EVP, Chief Credit Officer, and Jay Brogdon - Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer.
