D. Scott Petty

D. Scott Petty has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles. D. Scott most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Simmons Bank. Prior to that, they held positions such as Vice President of Community Engagement and Assistant Administrator at Stillwater Medical Center. D. Scott also served as the Executive Director and Community Marketing Liaison at Stillwater Medical Center Foundation, where they secured charitable investments and guided market branding. Additionally, Petty worked as the Vice President of Community Development at The Ranch - An Epworth Living Community, where they played a key role in the development and promotion of a retirement community. D. Scott has also held positions at Ocean Dental - Group Practice Management, Oklahoma State University Foundation, Texas Osteopathic Medical Association, and Oklahoma State University, where they focused on recruitment, fundraising, and advocacy. Petty has a strong background in business development, community engagement, marketing, and fundraising.

D. Scott Petty received a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from Oklahoma State University, attending from 1983 to 1988. In 1985, they briefly attended Tulsa Community College, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in a field of study. In 2013, Petty obtained a certification as a Certified Administrator of Physician Practice Management from the American Academy of Medical Management.
