Darrell Wyrick is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in end-user support and technical analysis. Currently serving as IT Analyst III and Lead End User Support at Simmons Bank since December 2014, Darrell has progressed through various roles, including IT Analyst II. Prior experience includes a position at IBM as a Deskside Support Representative, providing hardware and software resolution. Darrell has also held roles at Windstream Communications as a Network Analyst, at TEKsystems as a Help Desk Analyst/Field Support Tech, and at Alltel Wireless in technical support and team leadership. Darrell holds an Associate's of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College.
