Greg Gough

Greg Gough has extensive experience in human resources. Greg began their career as the VP of Human Resources at Alltel in 1992 and held that role until 2000. From 2000 to 2016, Greg worked as the VP of Human Resources at Acxiom. Greg then joined Simmons Bank in 2016, initially as a Human Resources Consultant and later became the Director of Benefits in 2023.

Greg Gough earned a Juris Doctor degree from UALR William H Bowen School of Law. Greg also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Louisiana Tech University.
