Claire Brody

Claire Brody serves as Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Warner Bros. Discovery since April 2022, overseeing initiatives in various divisions including Studios and Streaming. Brody previously held pivotal roles in diversity leadership at The Walt Disney Company, where responsibilities spanned the development of EMEA strategies and the management of global DEI efforts across multiple regions. In addition to current advisory board membership at the Simmons University Institute for Inclusive Leadership, Brody co-founded Disney Pride, an LGBTQ+ employee resource group, and has supported production and marketing teams for major Disney franchises. Educationally, Brody holds a Bachelor of Science in Radio, Television & Film from The University of Texas at Austin.
